目的 對刺五加總苷片制備工藝進行優(yōu)選并建立片劑的測定方法.方法 采用L9(34)正交試驗法考察影響片劑制備工藝的各因素(A:淀粉用量;B:糊精用量;C:蔗糖用量),以多指標綜合評分法進行直觀分析及方差分析,篩選出符合片劑成型質量要求的處方,并運用高效液相色譜法測定刺五加總苷片中丁香苷的量,對制劑的質量標準進行研究.結果 最佳處方為A2B3C1,即刺五加總苷浸膏粉末20 g、淀粉10 g、糊精15 g、蔗糖2 g;以HPLC法測定該片劑中丁香苷的量,方法精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重現性良好,回收率為98.8%,RSD為0.69%(n=6).結論 此工藝簡單易行,穩(wěn)定可行,適于工業(yè)化生產;擬定的質量標準穩(wěn)定、可靠.
