[摘要]
目的 建立藏藥獨(dú)一味中類葉升麻苷的測(cè)定方法。方法 采用HPLC法。色譜條件:Diamonsil C18色譜柱(200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm);以乙腈-甲醇-1%醋酸水溶液(10∶15∶75)為流動(dòng)相;體積流量為1.0 mL/min;柱溫35 ℃;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)334 nm。結(jié)果 類葉升麻苷在 0.227 2~1.363 2 μg呈良好的線性關(guān)系,r=0.999 2,加樣回收率、精密度、穩(wěn)定性和重現(xiàn)性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果均符合要求。結(jié)論 該方法專屬性強(qiáng)、靈敏度高、精確度與重現(xiàn)性好,適用于獨(dú)一味中類葉升麻苷的測(cè)定。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish the method for determination of acteoside in Lamiophlomis rotata (Benth.) Kudo. Methods Acteoside was determined by the HPLC with Diamonsil C18 column, the mobile phase consiste of acetonitrilemethanol1% acetic acid(10∶15∶75), flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, UV detection wavelength of 334 nm, and column temperature of 35 ℃. Results This method was linear over ranges of 0.227 2~1.363 2 μg (r=0.999 2) for acteoside. The results of tests for the average recovery, precision, stability, and repeatability accord with the requirements. Conclusion This method is special,ensitive, accurate, and having good repeatability, and can be used for the quality analysis of phenylethanoid glycosides in L. rotata.
