[摘要]
目的 建立同時測定金銀花及金芪降糖片中綠原酸的反相高效液相色譜法。方法 色譜柱為Diamondsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87)為流動相,檢測波長為327 nm,體積流量為1.0 mL/min。結(jié)果 在上述條件下測定金銀花中綠原酸為2.49%,金芪降糖片中綠原酸為8.776 mg/片。結(jié)論 本方法操作簡單、結(jié)果準確、回收率高、重現(xiàn)性好,可用于金銀花及金芪降糖片的質(zhì)量控制。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a reversedphase HPLC(RP-HPLC)method of determination of chlorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet. Methods To use RPHPLC for determination. The separation was carried out using the Diamosil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase containing acetonitrile0.4% orthophosphoric acid (13∶87) and a detective wavelength at 327 nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL?min1. ResultsThe contents chlorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet were 2.49% and 8.776mg/t respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with a good recovery and repeatability. The method can be used to control the quality of Flos lonicerae and Jinqi Jiangtang Tablet.
