[摘要]
目的 在使用GC-MS技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上采用直觀推導(dǎo)式演進(jìn)特征投影法(HELP)研究云南產(chǎn)黃水枝根、莖、葉3個(gè)不同部位的揮發(fā)油成分。方法 以黃水枝根部位為例詳細(xì)介紹了HELP的解析過(guò)程,應(yīng)用總體積積分法測(cè)定各成分的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)。結(jié)果 3個(gè)不同部位(根、莖、葉)提取的揮發(fā)油中分別鑒定出58、37、38個(gè)化合物,分別占揮發(fā)油總量的92.48%、99.16%、93.51%。結(jié)論 黃水枝不同部位的揮發(fā)油化學(xué)成分有明顯差異;利用GC-MS分析法結(jié)合化學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)分辨方法鑒定揮發(fā)油化學(xué)成分,比單獨(dú)使用GC-MS法結(jié)果更準(zhǔn)確、可靠。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from three different parts of Tiarella polyphylla D. Don. Methods The chemical constituents were studied with the help of heuristic evolving latent projection (HELP) resolutions based on GC-MS. The process of HELP was described in detail, while the volatile chemical constituents from roots of T. polyphylla D. Don. were analyzed. Relative contents of oil constituents were computed from the total volume integration. Results There were 58, 37, 38 compounds identified respectively from the volatile oil of root, stem, and leaf of T. polyphylla D. Don., which accounted for 92.48%,99.16%, and 93.51% respectively of the total amount of volatile oil.Conclusion There are significant differences in chemical constituents from different parts of T. polyphylla D. Don. It is more reliable and accurate to identify the chemical constituents of volatile oil by GC-MS combined with chemo-metric resolution method than by GC-MS only.
