目的 提高無排卵性不孕癥的療效，為中醫(yī)藥治療該病提供有效的方法。方法 選擇2005年10月—2009年9月安徽中醫(yī)學(xué)院第一附屬醫(yī)院門診治療的無排卵性不孕癥、屬于腎虛血瘀證得患者60例，隨機(jī)分為2組，治療組合對照組各30例。治療組給予中藥補(bǔ)腎活血周期治療，并配合克羅米芬促排卵。對照組給予克羅米芬和人絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)促排卵。兩組連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月經(jīng)周期，觀察排卵率、受孕率、性激素變化。結(jié)果 治療組排卵率、受孕率明顯高于對照組P＜0.05)；治療組促黃體生成激素和雌二醇改善程度優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 應(yīng)用補(bǔ)腎活血法周期治療無排卵性不孕癥腎虛血瘀證能明顯提高療效。

Objective To improve the efficiency in anovulatory infertility treatment with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods A total of 60 patients with anovulatory infertility due to syndrome of blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into two groups, therapy group and control group. The 30 patients in the therapy group were treated periodically with TCM which could tonify kidney and activate blood, and additionally combined with Clomifene to promote ovulation. The 30 patients in the control goup were treated with Clomifene and HCG. Bothe of the treatment courses were three menstrual circles. The ovulation rate, conception rate and change of sex hormone were investigated. Results The ovulation and conception rates of the therapy group were obviously higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The improvements of luteinizing hormone and estradiol in the therapy group were also greatly in creased (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of periodically anovulatory infertility can be greatly improved if TCM method of tonifying kidney and activating blood is applied to the treatment.
