[摘要]
目的 研究鷹嘴豆Cicer arietinum的化學(xué)成分。方法 采用多種色譜技術(shù)進(jìn)行分離精制,通過理化性質(zhì)和波譜分析進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定。結(jié)果 從鷹嘴豆中共分離得到4個化合物,其結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定為:大豆精醇A(soyasapoginol A, Ⅰ)、β-香樹脂醇(Ⅱ)、 β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)和大豆皂苷Bb(soyasaponin Bb,Ⅳ)。結(jié)論 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均為首次從鷹嘴豆中分離得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in Cicer arietinum L. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were adopted for separation and purification of the constituents, and their structures were identified through analysis of physicochemical properties and various spectral data.Results Four constituentswere obtained from C. arietinum L. Their structures were determined as soyasapoginol A (Ⅰ), β-amyrin (Ⅱ), β-sitosterol (Ⅲ), and soyasaponin Bb (Ⅳ).Conclusion The four constituents are isolated from C.arietinum L. for the first time.
