目的 觀察黏膜潰瘍散的抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛及對實(shí)驗(yàn)性口腔潰瘍的治療作用。方法 采用大鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)性口腔潰瘍、小鼠醋酸扭體及巴豆油致耳腫脹等模型，測定給藥后潰瘍面積的大小和耳腫脹度，觀察扭體次數(shù).結(jié)果 黏膜潰瘍散明顯減小實(shí)驗(yàn)性口腔潰瘍模型大鼠潰瘍直徑、減少醋酸致小鼠扭體的次數(shù)、抑制小鼠耳腫脹。結(jié)論 黏膜潰瘍散有明顯的抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛作用，并對實(shí)驗(yàn)性口腔潰瘍有明顯的治療作用。

Objective To observe the antiinflammatory and analgesic effects of Nianmo Kuiyang Powder as well as the therapeutic effect on experimental oral ulcer. Methods The models of experimental oral ulcer (in rats)， acidinduced writhing and croton oilinduced ear swelling (in mice) were used to determine relevant indicators.Results Nianmo Kuiyang Powder significantly improved ulcer symptoms of experimental oral ulcer，reduced ulcer diameter， inhibited ear swelling， and decreased writhing frequency. Conclusion Nianmo Kuiyang Powder has obvious antiinflammatory and analgesic effects and therapeutic effect on experimental oral ulcer.
