目的 采用均勻設(shè)計(jì)法及相關(guān)分析對(duì)復(fù)方甘草鋅與氨來(lái)呫諾口腔復(fù)合膜的處方進(jìn)行優(yōu)選。方法 不同配比的聚乙烯醇（PVA）、羥丙甲基纖維素（HPMC）、丙二醇為成膜材料，以膜劑的柔軟性、均勻性、光滑性、透明性作為考察指標(biāo)，采用均勻設(shè)計(jì)法及相關(guān)分析篩選最優(yōu)處方并進(jìn)行透皮吸收試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果 最佳成膜材料處方為：PVA 6.5 g，HPMC 0.1 g，丙二醇6.0 g。透皮實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，甘草鋅和氨來(lái)呫諾都滯留在皮內(nèi)，可以更好地促進(jìn)潰瘍面愈合。結(jié)論>/b> 采用上述配比的處方可制備出優(yōu)良的口腔潰瘍復(fù)合膜，滿足緩釋、安全的要求。

Objective To optimize the prescription of compound licorzinc and Amlexanox oral complex pellicle and improve the quality control by using uniform design and correlation analysis.Methods Different ratio of PVA，HPMC and propylene glycol were used as the composite materials of the pellicleSoftness，uniformity， smoothness， and transparency of the pellicle were regarded as parameters. Uniform design and correlation analysis were adopted for the formulation optimization. Cutaneous absorption test was carried out.Results The optimal formulation of filmforming materials was PVA： 6.5 g，HPMC：0.1 g，propylene glycol：6.0 g. The experimental results showed that licorzinc and Amlexanox remained in skin and promoted ulcer healing.Conclusion Preparation of the above prescription can be excellent oral complex pellicle to meet the requirements of slow release and safety.
