目的 探討E-鈣粘素在子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的異常表達(dá)及意義。方法 應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)及圖像分析方法比較E-鈣粘素在正常子宮內(nèi)膜、內(nèi)膜異位癥在位及異位內(nèi)膜中的量。結(jié)果 正常子宮內(nèi)膜和內(nèi)膜異位癥在位內(nèi)膜腺上皮E-鈣粘素的表達(dá)無(wú)明顯的周期性變化。在整個(gè)月經(jīng)周期中，內(nèi)膜異位癥在位內(nèi)膜腺上皮E-鈣粘素的表達(dá)顯著低于同期正常子宮內(nèi)膜。卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫中異位內(nèi)膜腺上皮E-鈣粘素的表達(dá)顯著低于同組患者的在位內(nèi)膜。結(jié)論 子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥在位和異位內(nèi)膜腺上皮E-鈣粘素的表達(dá)降低與內(nèi)膜異位癥的發(fā)病密切相關(guān)。

Objective To study the role of E-cadherin in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods E-cadherin in normal endometria, eutopic and ectopic endometria from patients with ovarian endometriosis were examined by means of immunohistochemical study and image analysis.Results The expression of E-cadherin was detected in eutopic endometrial epithelial cells of normal cycling women and patients with endometriosis, and it showed no variation throughout the menstrual cycle. When compared with that of normal endometrium in the same phase, the expression of E-cadherin in eutopic endometrial epithelial cells of endometriosis was significantly lower. The epithelial cells of endometriotic endometrium showe d a significant lower E-cadherin expression than eutopic endometrium of endomet riotic patients did.Conclusion The abnormal expression of Ecadherin in eutopic and ectopic endometrial epithelial cells of endometriosis might play a significant role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
