越南作為比鄰我國(guó)的東南亞發(fā)展中國(guó)家，中醫(yī)藥文化和產(chǎn)品在當(dāng)?shù)赜邢喈?dāng)?shù)挠绊懥Γ兴幃a(chǎn)品可以作為藥品在越南市場(chǎng)銷售，亦可進(jìn)入當(dāng)?shù)氐尼t(yī)療保險(xiǎn)，是我國(guó)中醫(yī)藥企業(yè)進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的首選國(guó)家和市場(chǎng)之一。天士力集團(tuán)自2006年起進(jìn)行了養(yǎng)血清腦顆粒在越南的申報(bào)注冊(cè)，并成功取得證書(shū)。以養(yǎng)血清腦顆粒在越南申請(qǐng)?zhí)幏剿幍倪^(guò)程為例，簡(jiǎn)述越南對(duì)中藥處方藥審評(píng)的技術(shù)要求，提出了開(kāi)展中藥申報(bào)的有關(guān)思路和觀點(diǎn)，為我國(guó)中成藥企業(yè)進(jìn)入越南市場(chǎng)提供了借鑒，對(duì)于我國(guó)中成藥在越南市場(chǎng)的拓展打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。

Vietnam is the one of developing countries in Sout heast Asia. In Vietnam, traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) is widely accepted in the mainstream of local pharmaceutical market, and also covered by government reimbursement. As a result, Vietnam is one of the target countries for TCM to l aunch in the market. Supported by the National Eleventh “Fiveyear” Program, Tasly has carried out studies on the application of Yangxue Qingnao Granule in V ietnam. The article has given a brief review on technical requirements of the eva luation of Chinese Proprietary Medicine and indicated relevant ideas and views o f the application as an example of prescription drug application in Vietnam. The article has provided good experience for Chinese Proprietary Medicine manufactu rers in our country to enter Vietnamese medical market, and also established the foundation for the development of Chinese Proprietary Medicine in Vietnamese market.
