[摘要]
摘 要:目的 研究了水提金銀花中綠原酸的最佳工藝。方法 采用正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),考察了加水量、煎煮溫度、煎煮時(shí)間3個(gè)因素對(duì)綠原酸提取率的影響。結(jié)果 確定金銀花的最佳提取工藝為:加入10倍量的水,75 ℃煎煮提取1 h。結(jié)論 該工藝條件簡(jiǎn)單,穩(wěn)定,可行,綠原酸提取率高,為改進(jìn)金銀花的煎提工藝提供了依據(jù)。

Abstract:Objective To study the water extraction method of chlorogenic acid in Honeysuckle.Methods Orthogonal experiment design was used.Three factors were studied as indexes that might affect the yield rate of chlorogenic acid,including water quantity,extraction temperature and time required.Results The best extraction condition was:10 times amount of water,1 hour of extraction at 75 ℃.Conclusion This extraction method is convenient and feasible,and can improve the extraction of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle.
