摘 要：中藥是中國人千百年使用的藥品，中藥基原鑒定是對中藥臨床應用的傳承性鑒定。藥品基原和藥材基原具有本質區(qū)別，不同版本《中藥鑒定學》教材中的中藥來源鑒定應該修正為基原鑒定，對其概念、方法和內容應定位在藥品上。探討了中藥基原鑒定的定義與范圍，分別論述了中藥材、中藥飲片以及中藥復方基原鑒定的內容、方法與基本原理。認為中藥的基原具有傳承性、臨床使用的連續(xù)性、藥品的專用性和不可更改等屬性，為中藥的發(fā)展和中藥鑒定方法學體系的完善提供了新的理念和科學依據。

Abstract: Chinese materia medica (CMM) is one of the medicine used for thousands of years in China, as a result of CMM origin identification is inheritance work on clinical use of CMM. There are essential difference between CMM and traditional Chinese medicinal materials (TCMM); The source identification recorded in different versions of "Chinese Materia Medica Identification" should be amended into origin identification, of which the concepts, methods and content should be positioned on the medicine. The definition and range of origin identification, content, method, and basic principle of origin identification of TCMM, processed Chinese herbal medicine, and compound CMM were discussed,.The origin identification of CMM has the characteristic of inheritance, continuity of clinical use, medicine speciality, and unchanged nature, providing a new set of concept and scientific basis for the development of CMM and consummation of CMM identification methodology system.
