摘 要：雖然《中國藥典》2010年版正式收載中藥飲片，但是目前影響中藥飲片行業(yè)發(fā)展的問題依然十分突出，與國家對中藥飲片在醫(yī)療保障體系中發(fā)揮更大作用的要求不適應(yīng)。簡要介紹新中國成立以來中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)管理體制的歷史沿革及變遷，展示我國中藥材和中藥飲片產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展成就，并針對目前存在的主要問題提出解決建議。根據(jù)目前中藥材作為藥品源頭出現(xiàn)的問題，探討將中藥材納入藥品管理的可能性；認(rèn)為應(yīng)該繼續(xù)實(shí)施《中藥飲片炮制生產(chǎn)管理規(guī)范》，依法加強(qiáng)藥品監(jiān)督，嚴(yán)禁非法生產(chǎn)飲片，以確保藥材及藥品質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定。

Abstract: Although processed Chinese materia medica(CMM) is listed in National Basic Drugs and recorded singly in Chinese Pharmacopeiea (2010 edtion), there are many problems in CMM industry, which affects the healthcare system in China. By showing the industrical achievements of CMM and its processed products, the developmental suggestions of CMM industry were given through historic evolution of management system of CMM industry since 1949. Meanwhile, the possibility of controlling traditional Chinese medicinal materials(TCMM) as drugs was discussed according to status and problems in sources of TCMM.
