摘 要：隨著提取分離手段、精制檢測技術(shù)的進步，對于山楂葉及其提取物的研究取得一定的成果，尤其是其在心血管系統(tǒng)疾病方面的治療與保健作用，更加受到新藥研發(fā)者的青睞。在臨床上，山楂葉及其制劑已廣泛地應(yīng)用于心血管疾病的預(yù)防和治療，并且療效較顯著、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率較低。對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于山楂葉及其提取物制劑在抗動脈硬化、抗心肌缺血、降血壓、調(diào)血脂等心血管方面的藥理作用與臨床應(yīng)用進行綜述，以便為進一步開發(fā)和利用這一植物藥資源提供有價值的參考。

Abstract: As the development of extraction and separation methods as well as the advanced detective technologies, great progress in study on hawthorm leaves (Crataegi Folium) has been achieved, especially the effect on cardiovascular, makes people have great intrestes. Now, hawthorm leaves and its preparations are natural drugs used widely with less adverse reaction in clinical practice,. which can prevent and treat cardiovascular disease. This article is a review of research progress in studying the effects of harwthorm leaves and its preparations on cardiovascular system, which provides a theoretical basis for further exploiting and utilizing hawthorm leaves.
