隨著對(duì)人參研究的日益深入，人參產(chǎn)品的價(jià)值愈加為人們所認(rèn)識(shí)，更多的含人參的藥物被開(kāi)發(fā)、應(yīng)用于臨床。一些國(guó)家和地區(qū)對(duì)人參生產(chǎn)、市場(chǎng)及有關(guān)法規(guī)做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整或更新。在參閱大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)近年來(lái)有關(guān)人參詞源學(xué)、生藥學(xué)（包括植物來(lái)源、藥材性狀、化學(xué)性質(zhì)、種屬鑒定）、種植與加工對(duì)活性成分的影響、國(guó)際市場(chǎng)及相關(guān)法規(guī)等方面研究進(jìn)行綜述，為進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)利用人參及其衍生物提供參考。

With the more people going into ginseng and increasing cognition of the value of ginseng products, more ginseng-drugs have been developed for clinical applications. Some countries and regions have made appropriate adjustments or updates about ginseng production, marketing, and related regulations. The latest information on ginseng is collected, and condensed in this review. It covers etymology of ginseng, its pharmacognosy (including natural origin, physical appearance, chemical properties, and specie identification), the influence on active ingredients by cultivation and processing, the global markets and the relevant government regulations. This review is expected to provide useful informations for further exploitation and utilization of ginseng and its derivatives.
