超微粉碎技術(shù)是基于破壞植物細(xì)胞壁,促進(jìn)植物細(xì)胞內(nèi)成分溶解、擴(kuò)散的原理運(yùn)用于中藥有效成分提取的新技術(shù)。該技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)提取技術(shù)相比具有成分浸出率高、生物利用度好、充分利用中藥資源等優(yōu)勢,并具有大規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的潛力。簡要介紹中藥超微粉碎技術(shù)的概念、工作原理、方法和設(shè)備,重點(diǎn)闡述超微粉碎技術(shù)應(yīng)用于中藥領(lǐng)域的主要優(yōu)勢和研究現(xiàn)狀,并對當(dāng)前存在的工藝難題進(jìn)行初步探討。

Ultra-fine pulverization technology is a new technology, which has been used to extract the active constituents in Chinese materia medica(CMM). It could be used to destroy plant cell walls, thus the components in the plant cells could be dissolved easily. Compared with the traditional extracting technology, it has more obvious advantages, for example, high extraction efficiency, good bioavailability, and utilization of resources. Ultra-fine pulverization technology has the potential for large-scale industrial production. This paper introduces the concept, theory, method, and equipment of ultra-fine pulverization technology in CMM. The advantages and progress are emphasized in related study of this technology in the production and application. The problems and obstacles in this field for the future are also preliminary studied.
