目的 建立LC-MS/MS法，對施圖倫滴眼液中化學(xué)成分進行鑒定。方法 采用HPLC-MS/MS法對各色譜峰進行質(zhì)譜分析，結(jié)合對照品以及水解試驗，并參考文獻確認各成分。結(jié)果 確認了15個成分，其中包括七葉亭苷和14個洋地黃強心苷類成分。結(jié)論 該方法快速、靈敏，可為施圖倫滴眼液的質(zhì)量控制及穩(wěn)定性研究提供依據(jù)，為洋地黃化學(xué)成分進一步研究提供參考。

Objective To establish an LC-MS/MS method for identification of chemical constituents in Augentropfen Stulln Mono. Methods By using HPLC-MS/MS, reference substances, and hydrolysis test, the ingredients were identified according to their molecular weight. Results Fifteen components were identified including esculin and fourteen digitalis cardiac glycosides. Conclusion This method is rapid, sensitive and could be used in quality control and stability study of the product.
