[摘要]
目的 研究大孔吸附樹脂對枳實中辛弗林的吸附性能,考察精制工藝。方法 以辛弗林質(zhì)量分數(shù)和收率為考察指標,比較了HPD-300、NKA-9、AB-8、D001-cc等樹脂對枳實中辛弗林的吸附和解吸特性,以及純化能力。結(jié)果 D001-cc樹脂具有最佳的吸附洗脫參數(shù),上樣液生藥質(zhì)量濃度為0.5 g生藥/mL,4倍體積蒸餾水、2倍體積1.5 mol/L氨水依次洗脫,產(chǎn)物中辛弗林質(zhì)量分數(shù)為46.3%。得率為1%。結(jié)論 D001-cc樹脂對枳實中辛弗林綜合性能較好,適合于辛弗林的分離精制。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize the technology for purification of synephrine in Aurantii Immaturus Fructus by resins. Methods HPD300, NKA-9, AB-8, and D001-cc resins were used to separate and purify synephrine. The yields and purities of the products were compared as indexes. Results D001-cc type macroporous ion resin had optimum adsorption and elution parameters. The appropriate adsorption conditions were: the concentration of crud drug was 0.5 mg/mL, flow rate was 1 BV/h, the effect of desorption was satisfactory when 1.5 mol/L ammonia (2 BV) and water (4 BV) were used as eluant. Conclusion The D001-cc type macroreticular resin shows a better comprehensive adsorption property and can be used to separate and purify synephrine in Aurantii Immaturus Fructus.
