目的 建立丹皮酚脂質(zhì)體凝膠的質(zhì)量控制方法。方法 采用薄層色譜（TLC）法對凝膠中丹皮酚進行定性鑒別；采用高效液相色譜法測定凝膠中丹皮酚。結(jié)果 TLC斑點清晰，專屬性強，陰性無干擾；丹皮酚質(zhì)量濃度在8.32~49.92 μg/mL與峰面積積分值呈良好的線性關(guān)系，平均回收率為99.14%，RSD為0.86%。結(jié)論 該定性鑒別和定量測定方法準確、可靠，可用于丹皮酚脂質(zhì)體凝膠的質(zhì)量控制。

Objective To establish quality control method of paeonol liposomal gel. Methods Qualitative identification of paeonol was carried out by TLC, and the content of paeonol was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots were clear, specific and free from interference of negative sample. The paeonol linear range was 8.32—49.92 μg/mL, and the average recovery rate was 99.14%，RSD was 0.86%. Conclusion The qualitative identification and determination are accurate and reliable for quality control of paeonol liposomal gel.
