[摘要]
目的 建立HPLC法測定腦通顆粒中丹酚酸B。方法 采用迪馬色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);以甲醇–乙腈–甲酸–水溶液(30∶10∶0.5∶59.5)為流動相;檢測波長286 nm;體積流量1.0 mL/min;柱溫40 ℃;進樣量10 μL。結果 丹酚酸B在0.441 6~2.208 0 μg線性關系良好(r=0.999 7),樣品的平均回收率為98.65%,RSD為1.71%。結論 本法重現(xiàn)性好、穩(wěn)定可靠,可作為腦通顆粒的質量控制方法。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for HPLC determination of salvianolic acid B in Naotong Granula. Methods The condition for HPLC was Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (30∶10∶0.5∶59.5) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 40 ℃. The injection volume was 10 μL, and detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results The linear range was of 0.441 6—2.208 0 μg for salvianolic acid B and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7. The average recovery was 98.65% with RSD 1.71%. Conclusion The method is reproducible, reliable, and can be used for quality control of Naotong Granula.
