軟棗獼猴桃為獼猴桃科獼猴桃屬多年生落葉藤本植物，在我國(guó)東北三省的分布最為廣泛。其果實(shí)、根、莖葉均可入藥，具有抗腫瘤、抗輻射、提高免疫功能等藥理活性。研究表明，軟棗獼猴桃全株含有揮發(fā)油、三萜、黃酮、多糖等化學(xué)成分。綜述了近年來(lái)從軟棗獼猴桃果實(shí)、根、莖葉中分離到的揮發(fā)油類、三萜類、黃酮類等化學(xué)成分，及其腫瘤抑制、抗輻射、提高免疫功能、抗衰老、治療過(guò)敏性皮炎、抗哮喘等藥理活性，為進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)利用該藥用植物資源提供理論依據(jù)。

Actinidia arguta belonging to Actinidiaceae, Actinidia Lindl. is perennial defoliation vine plant. It is most widely distributed in the Three Provinces in Northeast of China. All the fruit, root, and stem leaf of A. arguta can be used as medicine, with pharmacological activities of anti-tumour, radioresistance, improving immunity, and so on. The researches indicate that whole plant of A. arguta contains volatile oil, triterpenoids, flavonoid, polysaccharide, etc. In this paper, it provides a summarizing of chemical composition such as volatile oil, triterpenoids, flavonoid extracted from A. arguta for the past few years and pharmacological activities of A. arguta including anti-tumour, radioresistance, improving immunity, anti-aging, curing allergic dermatitis, anti-asthma, etc. The survey offers theoretical basis to the further exploiture and use of A. arguta.
