目的 建立高效液相色譜法測(cè)定心腦泰滴丸中紫丁香苷的方法。方法 采用島津ODS C18色譜柱（150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），以甲醇–水–1.5%醋酸（18∶80∶2）為流動(dòng)相，體積流量1 mL/min，柱溫室溫，檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)265 nm。結(jié)果 心腦泰滴丸中紫丁香苷不低于0.014 mg/丸。結(jié)論 此方法穩(wěn)定、可行，可以作為心腦泰滴丸的質(zhì)量控制方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of syringin in Xinnaotai Dropping Pills. Methods HPLC method was used. ODS C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-1.5% acetate acid (18∶80∶2). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the column temperature at room temperature. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results The content of syringin in one pill was not less 0.014 mg. Conclusion The method is stable and feasible and can be used to control the quality of Xinnaotai Dropping Pills.
