目前全球范圍內(nèi)不合理用藥現(xiàn)象都很嚴(yán)重。我國的藥品不良反應(yīng)中有10%～30%是源于不合理用藥引起的，可見合理用藥以保證患者用藥安全是醫(yī)藥工作者的職責(zé)，也是亟待解決的問題。從中藥的臨床應(yīng)用各環(huán)節(jié)入手，涉及辨明品種、選擇適當(dāng)?shù)呐谥破?、?yán)格遵循用藥劑量、煎煮方法和服用方法要適宜、中西藥配伍要得當(dāng)以及中藥師調(diào)配和發(fā)藥要細(xì)心等方面，探討在臨床使用中藥過程中必須注意的問題，并分析了不合理用藥的原因，希望引起醫(yī)師、藥師和患者的關(guān)注，為臨床上合理使用中藥提供參考。

The appearance of unreasonable and inappropriate application of drugs is very serious in the world at present. There are 10%?30% adverse drug reaction (ADR) originated from unfair use drugs in our country, so reasonable and appropriate application of Chinese materia medica (CMM) in order to guarantee patients using drug safety is the responsibility of medical workers and a problem which must be solved. This article investigates the issue to be concerned on CMM clinical appropriate application from every link, involving distinguishing varieties, choosing reasonable processed products, following dose strictly, using available methods for decocting and taking, proper combination compatibility of CMM and pharmaceutical chemicals, and making up a prescription or sending drugs carefully, analyzes the factors and reasons for inappropriate application of drugs, and hope to attract doctors, pharmacists, and patients with providing a rational reference about the clinical application of CMM.
