[摘要]
目的 研究胡黃連苦苷Ⅱ在大鼠腸道各區(qū)段的吸收動(dòng)力學(xué)特征、吸收部位。方法 采用大鼠在體腸循環(huán)灌流實(shí)驗(yàn),采用HPLC法對(duì)循環(huán)液中的胡黃連苦苷Ⅱ進(jìn)行分析,研究其吸收部位和吸收動(dòng)力學(xué)特征。結(jié)果 胡黃連苦苷Ⅱ在腸道各部位的吸收速率常數(shù)(Ka)和表觀滲透系數(shù)(Papp)按照空腸、回腸、十二指腸的順序依次下降。結(jié)論 胡黃連苦苷Ⅱ在腸道內(nèi)無明顯的特異吸收部位,吸收呈現(xiàn)一級(jí)吸收動(dòng)力學(xué)特征。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the absorption kinetics of picroside Ⅱ at different intestine segments of rats. Methods The intestine in rats was cannulated for in situ recirculation. Picroside Ⅱ concentration in the flux was measured by the reversed phase HPLC. The absorption characteristics and sites of picroside Ⅱ in intestine were reseached. Results The absorption rate constant (Ka) and apparent permeability coefficient (Papp) in rats was descended as the order of jejunum, ileum, and duodenum. Conclusion The intestinal absorption for picroside Ⅱ in rats had no specific absorption site. The absorption of picroside Ⅱ in rat′s intestine is a first-order process.
