[摘要]
目的 建立婦樂顆粒中丹皮酚的HPLC測(cè)定方法。方法 采用超聲提取–高效液相色譜法,Agilent色譜分析柱XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇–水–磷酸(350∶150∶1)為流動(dòng)相,體積流量為1.0 mL/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為274 nm,外標(biāo)法計(jì)算。結(jié)果 丹皮酚在0.387~4.641 μg/mL線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.999 6),樣品平均回收率為98.7%,RSD為0.56%。結(jié)論 該方法測(cè)定婦樂顆粒中丹皮酚具有快速、簡(jiǎn)便、靈敏、重現(xiàn)性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for determination of paeonol in Fule Granula by HPLC. Methods Ultrasonic extraction and HPLC were used. Separation was performed on an Agilent XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)column of HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (350∶150∶1). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and at a detection wavelength of 274 nm. The determination was a external standard method. Results The linear range of methods was 0.387—4.641 μg/mL, r=0.999 6. The average recovery was 98.7% with RSD 0.56%. Conclusion The method is fast, simple, sensitive, and repeatability for determination of paeonol in Fule Granula.
