目的 評(píng)價(jià)羥苯磺酸鈣聯(lián)合甲鈷胺治療糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變（DPN）的療效。方法 將60例DPN患者隨機(jī)分為羥苯磺酸鈣聯(lián)合甲鈷胺治療組（n=30）和甲鈷胺對(duì)照組（n=30），聯(lián)合治療組口服羥苯磺酸鈣膠囊0.5 g、甲鈷胺片0.5 mg；對(duì)照組口服甲鈷胺片0.5 mg；均每日3次，療程12周。觀察治療前后患者的腓神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)癥狀及體征變化。結(jié)果 治療組總有效率為93.3%，對(duì)照組為63.3%，治療組在改善運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)與感覺神經(jīng)的傳導(dǎo)速度、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)癥狀評(píng)分及體征評(píng)分方面均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 羥苯磺酸鈣聯(lián)合甲鈷胺治療DPN療效優(yōu)于甲鈷胺單一治療。

Objective To investigate the curative effects of calcium dobesilate combined with mecobalamin treatment on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods Sixty patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (30 cases) were given calcium dobesilate 0.5 g and mecobalamin 0.5 mg, the control group (30 cases) were only given mecobalamin 0.5 mg, for 3 times one day and 12 weeks a course, respectively. The conductive velocity of nervusperoneus, neurological symptoms, and physical signs were assayed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group, conductive velocity of nervusperoneus increased obviously in the treatment group, the neurological symptoms and physical signs improved more apparently in the treatment group than those in the control group. Conclusion The combination of calcium dobesilate and mecobalamin can obviously improve DPN.
