[摘要]
目的 觀察炒粳米粉對(duì)減少腦卒中患者由腸內(nèi)營(yíng)養(yǎng)制劑能全力引起腹瀉并發(fā)癥的治療效果。方法 從2009—2011年入住我院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科進(jìn)行腸內(nèi)營(yíng)養(yǎng)治療的腦卒中患者中選取108例符合條件的病人,隨機(jī)平分為兩組,試驗(yàn)組在能全力中加入炒粳米粉,對(duì)照組僅僅使用能全力,觀察病人服用能全力后腹瀉發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組腹瀉發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 在能全力中添加炒粳米粉可有效減少腦卒中患者由能全力引起的腹瀉。

Objective To observe the fried rice powder on reducing diarrhea induced by enteral nutrition liquid Nutrison in stroke patients. Methods To divide the 108 stroke patients who were hospitalized during 2009—2011 into two groups equally. The test group was treated with fried rice mixed with Nutrison, and patients in control group treated with normal enteral nutrition liquid, to observe the incidence of diarrhea. Results The test group has a lower incidence of diarrhea compared with the control group (Ρ<0.01). Conclusion Fried rice powder can reduce the incident of diarrhea induced by Nutrison in the stroke patients.
