生物制藥是近年來(lái)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)中增長(zhǎng)最迅速的行業(yè)之一，治療性抗體作為生物藥物中最耀眼的明珠已成為生物制藥的最大產(chǎn)品類別，約占生物制藥的35%?？贵w藥物在治療以腫瘤為主的人類多種疾病方面起著重要作用。2011年，全球抗體藥物的銷售額達(dá)到480億美元。我國(guó)當(dāng)前正處在抗體藥物快速發(fā)展階段，目前SFDA共批準(zhǔn)了17種單抗。預(yù)計(jì)到2015年，我國(guó)抗體銷售額將達(dá)到325～650億元。從產(chǎn)品來(lái)看，雖然我國(guó)已經(jīng)有所突破，但數(shù)量和類型上，與國(guó)外的抗體藥物還有很大差距。隨著生物技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，抗體藥物的市場(chǎng)前景將會(huì)越來(lái)越廣泛。
