[摘要]
目的 對(duì)榼藤Entada phaseoloide藤莖醋酸乙酯部位的化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行研究。方法 綜合運(yùn)用硅膠、反相硅膠RP C18、Sephadex LH-20等色譜法進(jìn)行分離,NMR、MS等波譜學(xué)方法進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定。結(jié)果 從榼藤藤莖甲醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位中分離得到了11個(gè)化合物,通過波譜分析鑒定為表沒食子兒茶素沒食子酸酯(1)、表兒茶素沒食子酸酯(2)、落新婦苷(3)、木犀草素(4)、(?)-表兒茶素(5)、甘草苷(6)、β-香樹脂醇(7)和日耳曼醇(8)的混合物、沒食子酸(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、胡蘿卜苷(11)。結(jié)論 所有化合物均為首次從榼藤中分離得到,其中化合物1~9在榼藤子屬植物首次報(bào)道。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from ethyl acetate extract from canes of Entada phaseoloides. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, RP C18, and Sephadex LH-20, and were identified by MS and NMR. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction in methanol extract from canes of E. phaseoloide, and their structures were elucidated as epi-gallocatechin gallate (1), epicatechin gallate (2), astilbin (3), luteolin (4), (?)-epicatechin (5), liquiritin (6), mixture of β-amyrin (7) and germanicol (8), gallic acid (9), β-sitosterol (10) and daucosterol (11). Conclusion Compounds 1—11 are isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1—9 are firstly reported in the plants of Entada Adans.
