[摘要]
目的 觀察射干不同提取物對(duì)卵巢切除致大鼠骨質(zhì)疏松癥的影響,篩選活性部位。方法 96只雌性SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為8組,第1組切去腹腔中少量脂肪作為假手術(shù)組;第2至8組均切除雙側(cè)卵巢,第2組作為模型組,第3至8組作為給藥組。6個(gè)給藥組中,2組分別ig射干總黃酮100、20 mg/kg,2組ig射干乙醇提取物197、40 mg/kg,2組ig射干苷15.30、3.06 mg/kg,連給4個(gè)月,測(cè)定骨礦密度(BMD),骨礦含量(BMC),血清鈣、磷的水平和AKP活性。結(jié)果 射干總黃酮、射干醇提取物能明顯改善大鼠因雌激素缺乏引起的骨礦丟失,提高BMD和BMC,改善骨骼力學(xué)性能。結(jié)論 射干總黃酮提取物具有良好的抗骨質(zhì)疏松癥的效果。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effects of different extracts from Belamcandae Rhizoma on osteoporosis in rats after ovariectomy (OVX). Methods Ninety-six SD female rats were randmly divided into eight groups. The control group had a sham-operation by cutting adipose tissue. The model group had OVX, while the rest six groups received bilateral OVX as drug groups. Animals in drug groups were respectively ig administrated with different extracts from Belamcandae Rhizoma for four months: two groups of the total flavone extract (100 and 20 mg/kg), two groups of the ethanol extract (197 and 40 mg/kg), and two groups of the tectoridin (15.30 and 3.06 mg/kg). The levels of bone mineral density (BMD), bone mineral content (BMC), calcium and phosphorus in serum, and the activation of AKP were observed in each group. Results Compared with the model group, the total flavone extract and the ethanol extract of Belamcandae Rhizoma could significantly improve the loss of bone mineral induced by estrogen deficiency, increasing BMD and BMC, and promote the skeleton mechanical property. Conclusion The total flavone extract from Belamcandae Rhizoma has a distinct and preventive effect on osteoporosis rats.
