[摘要]
目的 研究雷公藤內(nèi)酯醇生物貼的體外經(jīng)皮吸收特點。方法 利用改良Franz擴散池研究雷公藤內(nèi)酯醇生物貼的經(jīng)皮吸收特點,以HPLC法測定雷公藤內(nèi)酯醇的經(jīng)皮吸收量。結(jié)果 雷公藤內(nèi)酯醇生物貼中的雷公藤內(nèi)酯醇在24 h內(nèi)以一級動力學經(jīng)皮滲透,累積滲透量為2.057 3 μg/cm2。結(jié)論 雷公藤內(nèi)酯醇生物貼中雷公藤內(nèi)酯醇的體外透皮吸收效果優(yōu)于文獻報道的巴布劑。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the percutaneous absorption characteristic of triptolide biological patch in vitro. Methods Franz diffusion cell was used to study the percutaneous absorption characteristic of triptolide biological patch, and HPLC was used to determinate the percutaneous absorption amount of triptolide. Results The percutaneous penetration of triptolide in 24 h was consistent with first-order kinetic model and the cumulative release in 24 h was 2.057 3 μg/cm2. Conclusion The transdermal characteristics in vitro of triptolide biological cataplasma is better than plaster reported in the literature.
