[摘要]
目的 建立無糖型寧心安神糖漿中五味子醇甲和五味子乙素的測定方法。方法 采用Kromasil C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流動相:甲醇–水(73∶27),檢測波長:250 nm,柱溫:30 ℃,體積流量:1.0 mL/min,進(jìn)樣體積:10 μL。結(jié)果 五味子醇甲、五味子乙素分別在0.16~1.6 μg(r=0.999 9)和0.04~0.40 μg(r=0.999 1)呈良好的線性關(guān)系,平均加樣回收率分別為100.00%、100.04%,RSD分別為0.60%、0.18% (n=6)。結(jié)論 該方法簡便、準(zhǔn)確、重現(xiàn)性好,可作為無糖型寧心安神糖漿質(zhì)量控制的方法。

[Abstract]
Objective To develop a method for the determination of schisandrol A and schisandrin B in Sugarless Ningxin Anshen Syrup. Methods The samples were separated on Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol -water (73:27) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 250 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃ with injection volume of 10 μL at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.16 —1.6 μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.04 — 0.40 μg (r=0.999 1) for schisandrol A and schisandrin B, respectively. The average recovery rate was 100.00% and 100.04% with RSD at 0.60% and 0.18%, respectively (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and repeatable for the quality control of Sugarless Ningxin Anshen Syrup.
