目的 調(diào)查分析我院門診抗抑郁藥物的使用現(xiàn)狀及用藥特點(diǎn)，觀測用藥趨勢，為合理用藥提供參考。方法 采用限定日劑量法對我院門診2008年7月—2011年6月抗抑郁藥物的用藥頻度、用藥金額和數(shù)量進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 門診抗抑郁藥物的使用數(shù)量和金額有逐年上升的趨勢，使用較合理。結(jié)論 選擇性5-HT再攝取抑制劑是臨床主要應(yīng)用的抗抑郁藥。

Objective To investigate and analyze the medication of antidepressant drugs including present situation, feature, and tendency in our hospital outpatient which could provide certain reference for using the drugs reasonably. Methods Using the defined daily dose (DDD) method to analyze the frequency, amount, and quantity of antidepressants in our hospital from July 2008 to June 2011. Results The amount and quantity of outpatient antidepressant drug use have increased year after year, and the medication was used reasonably. Conclusion The selective 5-HT reuptake inhibitors are the main clinical applications of antidepressants.
