口腔速溶膜劑（oral fast dissolving films，OFDF）是口腔黏膜給藥系統(tǒng)中一個(gè)新劑型，表現(xiàn)出的許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)引起廣泛的關(guān)注，許多制藥公司都將快速溶解技術(shù)作為一個(gè)研究重點(diǎn)。OFDF制劑的生產(chǎn)制備方法主要有溶劑澆鑄法和熱熔擠壓法。目前該制劑產(chǎn)品涉及食品、藥品領(lǐng)域，既有治療口腔疾病的局部藥膜，也有發(fā)揮全身作用的藥膜，由于其獨(dú)特的劑型優(yōu)勢(shì)，許多大公司對(duì)此產(chǎn)生濃厚的興趣，將某些藥物進(jìn)行劑型轉(zhuǎn)換來(lái)延長(zhǎng)專利期是目前研究的熱點(diǎn)。

Oral fast dissolving films (OFDF) is a new drug delivery system to oral mucosa. Its obvious advantages have attracted much attention in recent years. Many pharmaceutical companies are now focusing on improving rapid dissolving technology. The preparation methods of OFDF mainly are solvent casting and hot-melt extrusion. So far, OFDF technology is applied in food and medicines not only membrane with focal curing oral diseases but also systemic effects on whole body. Regarding its unique advantages and characteristics, many companies are now considering to transform their branded to OFDFs to extend the patent protection.
