藤黃屬植物在東南亞地區(qū)廣泛分布，其中一些植物作為民間藥物有著悠久的用藥歷史。該屬植物普遍具有抗腫瘤、抗炎、抗菌等藥理作用，而且已有呫噸酮、雙黃酮、苯甲酮、萜類等多種結(jié)構(gòu)類型的化學(xué)成分從該屬植物中分離得到。概述了近十年來(lái)從藤黃屬植物中分離得到的新化合物和首次發(fā)現(xiàn)的天然產(chǎn)物及其化學(xué)成分的藥理活性研究進(jìn)展，為該屬植物的深入研究提供依據(jù)。

The plants in Garcinia L. are widely distributed in Southeast Asia and some of them have been used as folk medicine for a long time. The plants from this genera often have antitumor, anti-inflammation, and antibacterial pharmacological activities and chemical constituents, such as xanthones, biflavones, benzophenones, and terpenoids have been isolated from this genera. This paper summarizes these new compounds and natural products firstly isolated from the plants in Garcinia L. and the research progress on their pharmacological activities during last decade, so as to provide the basic evidences for further investigation of the plants in Garcinia L.
