當前手性藥物合成的研究已成為國際藥學研究領域的熱點之一,近幾年發(fā)展起來的在聚合物固載試劑條件下進行的不對稱合成由于其各種優(yōu)點,引起了藥學界廣泛的關注。無論從經濟角度還是從“綠色化學”角度考慮,聚合物固載試劑的巨大潛力勢必會推動手性藥物合成技術的迅速發(fā)展。從抗腫瘤類、抗生素類、天然產物類和生物化學類活性物質對近幾年來聚合物固載試劑在手性藥物合成方面的應用進行簡述,并對其前景進行展望。

Currently, the synthesis of chiral drugs has become one of the pharmaceutical hot researches in the world. Using polymer-supported reagents to develop asymmetric synthesis of chiral drugs with various advantages has aroused widespread concern in the field of pharmacy. The great potential of polymer-supported reagents will certainly promote the synthesis technology of chiral drugs to rapid development both from the view of economic and the consideration of “green chemistry”. In the paper, application of polymer-supported reagents in synthesis of chiral drugs from antitumor agents, antibiotics, natural products, and biochemical substances aspects is reviewed and the prospects are looked forward.
