[摘要]
目的 研究歐司哌米芬的合成工藝。方法 以4-羥基二苯甲酮為原料,與2-溴乙醇發(fā)生威廉姆斯發(fā)應(yīng),再與3-氯苯丙酮發(fā)生麥克莫里反應(yīng),得到終產(chǎn)物歐司哌米芬。結(jié)果 本工藝路線所得產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)率為70%,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)>99.5%。結(jié)論 所得歐司哌米芬的合成工藝穩(wěn)定,操作簡單,適合工業(yè)化大生產(chǎn)。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the synthetic process of ospemifene. Methods Ospemifene was synthesized by the Williamson reaction with 4-hydroxybenzophenone as material base, reacted with 2-bromoethanol, and then by the Mcmurry reaction with 3-chloropropiophenone. Results The yield of ospemifene was 70%, and purity was above 99.5%. Conclusion The synthesis process of ospemifene is stable, simple, and suitable for industrial production.
