[摘要]
目的 建立高效液相色譜–蒸發(fā)光散射檢測(cè)器(HPLC-ELSD)法測(cè)定安多霖膠囊中黃芪甲苷的方法。方法 采用Ultimate色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流動(dòng)相為乙腈–超純水(32∶68),體積流量為1 mL/min,漂移管溫度40 ℃,蒸發(fā)光散射檢測(cè)器霧化氣體為氮?dú)?,體積流量為2.7 L/min,載氣壓力350 kPa,進(jìn)樣量20 μL。結(jié)果 黃芪甲苷在1.59~10.60 μg呈良好的線性關(guān)系,r=0.999 5,平均回收率為99.11%,RSD為2.58%(n=6)。結(jié)論 本方法簡(jiǎn)便準(zhǔn)確,重現(xiàn)性好,可用于安多霖膠囊的質(zhì)量控制。

[Abstract]
Objective To develop a method for the determination of astragaloside in Anduolin Capsule by HPLC-ELSD. Methods The samples were separated on Ultimate column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-water (32:68) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The temperature of drift tube for measurement was 40 ℃, and the flow pressure of N2 was 350 kPa with injection volume of 20 μL at a flow rate of 2.7 L/min. Results The linear range of astragaloside was 1.59―10.60 μg (r=0.999 5). The average recovery rate was 99.11% with RSD at 2.58% (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and repeatable for the quality control for Anduolin Capsule.
