在前人研究的基礎上，明晰了中藥復方在歐盟注冊的障礙，并從奠定認同基礎、實現(xiàn)文化融合、滲透法律理念、優(yōu)化注冊方案等角度全方位地對中藥復方在歐盟順利注冊提出對策，以期為我國中藥復方在歐盟成功注冊提供參考。

Base on previous research, the obstacles for registration of Chinese traditional combination drug in European Union are clarified. This proposal focuses on several aspects like establishing the foundation of consensus, achieving the confluence of cultural exchange, infusing the legal consciousness, and optimizing the register solutions in order to propose a solution for Chinese traditional combination drug to register in European Union successfully, and provide reference for successful registration of Chinese traditional combination drug in European Union.
