[摘要]
目的 建立枳術(shù)消食膠囊的質(zhì)量控制方法。方法 采用薄層色譜法對(duì)制劑中白術(shù)、黨參及檳榔進(jìn)行定性鑒別,采用高效液相色譜法測定橙皮苷。結(jié)果 TLC鑒別色譜特征斑點(diǎn)明顯。橙皮苷進(jìn)樣量0.115~2.300 μg與峰面積積分值的線性關(guān)系良好,平均回收率為99.32%,RSD為0.93%(n=6)。結(jié)論 所建立的薄層色譜和高效液相色譜法的專屬性強(qiáng),重復(fù)性好,可用于枳術(shù)消食膠囊的質(zhì)量控制。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish the quality control method for Zhizhu Xiaoshi Capsule. Methods The qualitative identification of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Codonopsis Radix, and Arecae Semen was carried out by TLC, and the content of hesperidin was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots were quite clear. The linearity range was 0.115—2.300 μg for hesperidin by HPLC, and the average recovery was 99.32% for hesperidin with RSD of 0.93% (n=6). Conclusion The established TLC and HPLC methods are specific and reproducible and suitable for the quality control for Zhizhu Xiaoshi Capsule.
