[摘要]
目的 建立測(cè)定燈盞細(xì)辛注射液中砷(As)、汞(Hg)限量的檢測(cè)方法。方法 采用氫化物–原子熒光光譜法測(cè)定As、Hg含量。結(jié)果 在所選定的測(cè)定條件下,As、Hg的回收率分別為97.1%、90.2%(n=6)。結(jié)論 此方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、快速,可用于燈盞細(xì)辛注射液中As、Hg殘留量的測(cè)定。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish the methods for the content determination of arsenic (As) and mercury (Hg) in Dengzhanxixin Injection. Methods The As and Hg were measured by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). Results Under all the selected determination conditions, the recovery rates of As and Hg were 97.1% and 90.2%, respectively (n=6). Conclusion The methods are simple and rapid to operate and can be used for the determination of residual As and Hg in Dengzhanxixin Injection.
