金雞菊屬植物原產(chǎn)北美、非洲南部及夏威夷群島等地，后被引入我國，該屬植物含有揮發(fā)油類、黃酮類、炔類、苯丙素類、萜類、甾類等化學(xué)成分。該屬植物具有調(diào)血脂、降血壓、降血糖、抗氧化、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶及抗菌等活性，還具有很高的觀賞價(jià)值。綜述了金雞菊屬植物化學(xué)成分和藥理活性的研究進(jìn)展，為進(jìn)一步開發(fā)利用金雞菊屬植物提供參考。

The plants in Coreopsis L. origin in North America, southern Africa and the Hawaiian Islands, and are subsequently introduced to China. The plants in Coreopsis L. have volatile oil, flavonoids, alkynes, phenylpropanoids, triterpenes, and steroids, etc. The pharmacological and biological study revealed that the plants in Coreopsis L. showed reducing blood lipid, lowering blood pressure, hypoglycemic, antioxidant, inhibiting α-glucosidase and antibacterial activities. They are also used as ornamental plants. The recent research advances in the chemical constituents and their pharmacological activities of the plants in Coreopsis L. reported in this paper could provide the references for the further utilization of the plants in Coreopsis L.
