近年來，從天然產(chǎn)物中尋找高效低毒的先導化合物已成篩選抗HIV藥物的重要研究方向。生物堿類化合物作為一類重要的天然產(chǎn)物，數(shù)量眾多，結(jié)構(gòu)類型復雜，其中有多種抑制和阻斷HIV感染的有效成分，通過實驗室研究工作和臨床用藥觀察，有望從中獲得抗HIV的有效藥物。以生物堿類化合物的化學結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ)，將生物堿類化合物分為異喹啉類、喹啉類、大環(huán)類、哌啶類、莨菪烷類、吲哚類、咔唑類、海洋多環(huán)胍類、萜類、manzamine型生物堿等10類，對其抗HIV活性進行綜述。
