目的 觀察香鱗毛蕨治療難治性手足癬的臨床療效。方法 48例難治性手足癬患者的患手（足）浸泡于香鱗毛蕨水煮液或?qū)⑺幰和坑诨继?，每?次，每次30 min，連續(xù)用藥21 d，治療前及治療后第1周、第3周進(jìn)行隨訪，同時(shí)進(jìn)行臨床評(píng)價(jià)和真菌學(xué)檢查。結(jié)果 1周后，臨床和真菌學(xué)治愈率分別為62.5%、56.3%，第3周后隨訪達(dá)91.7%、89.6%。結(jié)論 香鱗毛蕨治療難治性手足癬效果顯著，同時(shí)未見(jiàn)不良反應(yīng)，值得臨床推廣使用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Dryopteris fragrans on tinea pedis in clinic. Methods Forty-eight cases with stubborn tinea pedis were washed or soaked with D. fragrans once daily with 30 min for 21 d continuously. followed up before and after the treatment of week 1 and week 3, and evaluated the clinical effect and mycological examination at the same time. Results After week 1, the clinical effect and mycological cure rates were 62.5% and 56.3%, respectively, after week 3 were 91.7% and 89.6%. Conclusion D. fragrans showed the great treatment on stubborn tinea pedis with no side effects found, thus it is worth to promote the clinic use.
