家獨行菜是世界多個地區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)藥物，從中分離的化學成分主要有生物堿、黃酮類、萜烯和芥子油苷等，現(xiàn)代藥理學研究表明家獨行菜具有降血糖、降血壓、治療胃腸病和骨折等活性。綜述了家獨行菜的化學成分和藥理作用，為明確其藥效成分以及作用物質(zhì)基礎提供參考和依據(jù)。

Lepidium sativum is a traditional medicine in many parts of the world. The main chemical constituents separated from L. sativum are alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenes, and glucosinolates. The pharmacological and biological studies reveal that the plant shows hypoglycaemic, antihypertensive, fracture healing activities, and efficacy in gastrointestinal diseases as well. The recent research advances in the chemical constituents of L. sativum and their pharmacological activities are reviewed in this paper, which could provide the references for the further utilization of the plant
