[摘要]
目的 研究外消旋3-環(huán)己烯-1-甲酸的手性拆分,獲得單一構(gòu)型異構(gòu)體。方法 通過化學(xué)拆分法中的生成非對映異構(gòu)體拆分法來拆分外消旋3-環(huán)己烯-1-甲酸,以手性苯乙胺為手性拆分劑,外消旋3-環(huán)己烯-1-甲酸在丙酮中形成非對映體異構(gòu)體并利用它們的溶解度差別來進行拆分。結(jié)果 拆分為(R)-(+)-3-環(huán)己烯-1-甲酸(收率28.3%)和(S)-(-)-3-環(huán)己烯-1-甲酸(收率28.7%),光學(xué)純度均大于99%。結(jié)論 獲得外消旋3-環(huán)己烯-1-甲酸的單一構(gòu)型異構(gòu)體。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chiral resolution of cyclohex-3-ene-1-carboxylic acid and to obtain a single configurational isomer. Methods Cyclohex-3-ene-1-carboxylic acid was splited by generating diastereoisomer method which was a method of chemical resolution. The chiral phenylethylamine was used as a chiral resolving agent, and the cyclohex-3-ene-1-carboxylic acid was splited by forming diastereomer in acetone and by using the difference of their solubilities. Results (R)-(+)-cyclohex-3-ene-1- carboxylic acid (yield 33.7%) and (S)-(?)-cyclohex-3-ene-1-carboxylic acid (yield 33.5%) were obtained, and the optical purity was over 99%. Conclusion The single configurational isomer of cyclohex-3-ene-1-carboxylic acid is obtained.
