[摘要]
目的 研究落花生Arachis hypogaea莖葉的化學(xué)成分。方法 采用硅膠柱色譜、凝膠柱色譜和ODS柱色譜進(jìn)行分離純化,通過理化方法和波譜數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定。結(jié)果 從落花生莖葉70%乙醇提取液的醋酸乙酯萃取部位分離得到8個化合物,經(jīng)波譜分析鑒定其結(jié)構(gòu),分別為肉豆蔻酸(1)、十五碳酸(2)、漢黃芩素(3)、美迪紫檀素(4)、鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯(5)、異香草酸(6)、芒柄花素(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)。結(jié)論 化合物2、3、4、5、7為首次從該植物中分離得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the stems and leaves of Arachis hypogaea. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel chromatography, and ODS column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analyses. Results Eight compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate fraction of 70% ethanol extraction in the stems and leaves of A. hypogaea and their structures were identified as myristic acid (1), pentadecanoic acid (2), wogonin (3), medicarpin (4), dibutyl phthalate (5), isovanillic acid (6), formononetin (7), and β-sitosterol (8). Conclusion Compounds 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
