[摘要]
目的 建立HPLC法同時(shí)測(cè)定養(yǎng)血生發(fā)膠囊中阿魏酸、2,3,5,4′-四羥基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、羌活醇、異歐前胡素和大黃素5種活性成分的方法。方法 安捷倫Eclipse XDB-C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流動(dòng)相為乙腈–0.1%冰醋酸,采用梯度洗脫;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng):310 nm;體積流量:1 mL/min;柱溫:30 ℃;進(jìn)樣量:20 μL。結(jié)果 5種成分均達(dá)到基線分離,各成分均有較寬的線性范圍和良好的線性關(guān)系,其平均回收率分別為95.68%、100.02%、100.55%、103.03%、100.07%。結(jié)論 該方法簡(jiǎn)便、靈敏、準(zhǔn)確,在同一色譜檢測(cè)條件下實(shí)現(xiàn)多指標(biāo)成分同時(shí)測(cè)定,為養(yǎng)血生發(fā)膠囊的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)和控制提供新的方法。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of ferulic acid, 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β- D-goucosid, notopterol, isoimperatorin and emodin in Yangxue Shengfa Capsules by HPLC. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% acetate acid as mobile phase for gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 310 nm, and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃ with the injection volume of 20 μL at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results Five components were well separated and showed a good linearity. The average recoveries of them were 95.68%, 100.02%, 100.55%, 103.03%, and 100.07%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, and accurate, which could provide a new method for the quality control of Yangxue Shengfa Capsule.
