目的 建立測(cè)定梔丹安神顆粒中梔子苷的高效液相色譜方法。方法 采用Phenomenex ODS（3）色譜柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流動(dòng)相：甲醇–水（27∶73）；體積流量：1.0 mL/min；檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)：240 nm；進(jìn)樣量：10 μL；柱溫：35 ℃。結(jié)果 梔子苷在40.64～609.60 ng與峰面積線性關(guān)系良好，平均回收率為97.74%，RSD值為1.09%（n=9）。結(jié)論 本方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確，專屬性強(qiáng)，可用于梔丹安神顆粒中梔子苷的測(cè)定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Zhidan Anshen Granule. Methods Geniposide was determined on Phenomenex ODS (3) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (27︰73) with the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 240 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃ with injection volume of 10 μL. Results The linear range of geniposide was 40.64―609.60 ng (r = 0.999 5). The average recovery rate was 97.74% with RSD at 1.09% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, and accurate, and could be used for the determination of geniposide in Zhidan Anshen Granule.
