[摘要]
目的 建立測(cè)定梔丹安神顆粒中梔子苷的高效液相色譜方法。方法 采用Phenomenex ODS(3)色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流動(dòng)相:甲醇–水(27∶73);體積流量:1.0 mL/min;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng):240 nm;進(jìn)樣量:10 μL;柱溫:35 ℃。結(jié)果 梔子苷在40.64~609.60 ng與峰面積線性關(guān)系良好,平均回收率為97.74%,RSD值為1.09%(n=9)。結(jié)論 本方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,專屬性強(qiáng),可用于梔丹安神顆粒中梔子苷的測(cè)定。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Zhidan Anshen Granule. Methods Geniposide was determined on Phenomenex ODS (3) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (27︰73) with the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 240 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃ with injection volume of 10 μL. Results The linear range of geniposide was 40.64―609.60 ng (r = 0.999 5). The average recovery rate was 97.74% with RSD at 1.09% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, and accurate, and could be used for the determination of geniposide in Zhidan Anshen Granule.
