目的 建立帕拉米韋三水合物原料藥中帕拉米韋的測定方法。方法 以0.1 mol/L高氯酸溶液為滴定液，以冰醋酸為溶劑，采用非水滴定法進行測定。結(jié)果 帕拉米韋樣品溶液6 h內(nèi)穩(wěn)定；重復(fù)性測定結(jié)果表明RSD值為0.07%（n=6）。結(jié)論 該方法簡單、準確，具有良好的重復(fù)性和穩(wěn)定性，可作為帕拉米韋原料藥的測定方法，為帕拉米韋的質(zhì)量控制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of peramivir in peramivir bulk drug . Methods The contents were performed by nonaqueous titration method with 0.1 mol/L perchloric acid solution as titrant and with glacial acetic acid as solvent. Results Peramivir sample solution was stable within 6 h. Relative standard deviation (RSD) of repeatability was 0.07% (n=6). Conclusion The established method is simple and accurate with good repeatability, which could be applied for the determination of peramivir bulk drug and provide the scientific evidence for the quality control of peramivir bulk drug.
